What began as a hobby that got out of hand quickly grew into a thriving business. During the pandemic, Lotte gave her first interior design advice to friends and family, and she was instantly hooked. With her love for interiors and a keen eye for detail, she decided to take her business to a professional level.
The name Vlotte Styling is a playful nod to both her own name and her way of working: Lotte likes to get things done. She prefers to work quickly and efficiently, without ever compromising on quality or style.

Lotte’s style can best be described as earthy tones with a playful twist. She loves smart solutions, surprising combinations, and making the most of every space. Whether it’s a living room or an office hallway, she creates multiple layouts so clients can enjoy their interiors for years to come. Her slogan? Simple, fast, and stylish. No lengthy processes, but clear steps and practical plans, always with the goal of making things easy and enjoyable for her clients.

Lotte first discovered By SIDDE years ago through social media. Since then, she’s loved incorporating their pieces into her projects especially the modular Finn sofa. “It’s sleek and modern, yet has beautifully soft curves. And that flexibility… it’s truly ideal.” With the wide range of colors, fabrics, and configurations, there’s a sofa for every interior. Lotte also stylishly integrates models like Moa and Sommer into her designs. Their rounded shapes perfectly match her love for softness and playful contrasts.

Pinterest is one of Lotte’s favorite sources of inspiration, but she also finds it while traveling, observing colors, materials, and combinations that surprise her. “I try not to copy, but to capture the feeling and translate it to my client.” She keeps an eye on trends but always strives for a timeless interior. The style she’s currently drawn to? Eclectic living, daring combinations, playful contrasts, and creating a truly unique interior.
Common Mistakes & Styling Tips
A common mistake people make is choosing furniture that’s too small. This can make a space look cluttered you end up filling corners with accessories, which only adds to the chaos. Her advice: choose a large sofa and dare to really use the space. A modular sofa like Finn is perfect for this, thanks to its flexible layout and versatile look.
For her By SIDDE projects, Lotte deliberately opted for rounded shapes and adapts her styling to the season. She named her Moa setup “Round Retro,” where the wallpaper and coffee tables beautifully complement the sofa. The Sommer styling was dubbed “Moody Blue,” featuring a dark sofa contrasted with lighter accessories and blue accents.
